Advanced Combat Handgun

This is a high-intensity course for the highly trained combat handgun operator. It emphasizes single operator tactics against multiple adversaries in an urban environment. Single operator house clearing ops are heavily stressed. The primary overriding focus is to force the student to deal with multiple tactical problems under stress and time constraints.

Training includes the following:

Simultaneous Multiple Adversary Engagements Under Time Constraints Simultaneous Close, Intermediate, and Lunging Opponents Wounded, One-Hand Only, Stationary and Moving Engagements Man on Man against Single and Multiple Targets Hostage Rescue Shots Under Time Constraints 360° Assault Courses Requiring Engagements Ranging From Close Contact to 50 Yards House Clearing: Both Police and Military Methods

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED (rentals available - see below):

• Semi-Auto Pistol (9mm, 40 cal, or 45 cal)
• 3 magazines (minimum)
• Eyes and ears protection
• Hat with visor (like a baseball hat)
• Solid belt (1 1/2 to 1 3/4” thick to hold holster firmly)
• Holster and magazine pouches
• 500 rounds of ammunition (available for purchase at class)
• Pen and notepad
• Sunblock
• Snack and bottled water

NOTE: No shoulder holsters, no deep concealment rigs, no cross-draws. Strong side belt holsters only. Guns and rigs can be rented for class use, but you must reserve ahead of time. Call for information or if you have any questions whatsoever.
